Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register as a member?

Tap Register on the login page, fill in your details, and verify your email with a one-time code. Your request then goes to the household admin for approval — you'll get an email once your account is activated.

How do I make a contribution or payment?

Use the Pay button to see our bank account and UPI details. After paying, your contribution is recorded by the admin and a receipt is emailed to you.

I forgot my password — what now?

On the login page, select Forgot password? and enter your registered mobile number. We'll send a one-time code to your registered email so you can set a new password.

Can other members see my contribution details?

No. Your contribution history and personal details are private to you and the admin. Only aggregated totals are ever shown publicly.
